Visit fees stay yours — 100%, every visit, member or not. We don't touch them and we don't see them.

The membership applies at every participating clinic, including yours, so a member in your practice can also visit a Chiro Shack across town or another participating doctor when they travel.

Aperta Health is the membership program and the platform; it sits alongside your practice rather than replacing it. We'll list your clinic on the Aperta Health site as an Affiliate location, and your patients book through the same scheduling system every other clinic in the network uses.
No. Every clinic in the Aperta network is cash-pay only. Skipping insurance billing is what keeps overhead low enough to offer the $22 member visit rate — for most patients that's less than what a typical copay would be. Patients who want to submit to insurance can request a superbill from the patient portal and submit it themselves.
No. The platform handles scheduling, intake forms, payment collection, appointment reminders, and patient messaging. Most participating clinics run with just the doctor — no front desk, no biller, no scheduler. If you already have staff, that's fine too; participation doesn't require a particular setup.
Patients pay their monthly membership directly to Aperta Health via Stripe. Each month we settle up with you for 75% of every active membership tied to your clinic — your patient acquired memberships, your share. Paid by direct deposit. No minimums, no clawbacks, no franchise fees on the way out.
