Independent Practitioners. Chiro Shack is a network of leased clinic locations and Aperta Health is a membership program — neither is itself a medical practice. Every provider you see in the network runs their own independent practice, sets their own clinical policies, and bills patients directly for visits. Chiro Shack and Aperta Health provide scheduling software, the membership program, and the location facilities; they don't employ providers and don't collect visit fees. All providers honor the Aperta Health membership rate at every location.
