Every provider in the Aperta Health network runs their own independent practice, sets their own clinical policies, and bills the patient directly for visits. Chiro Shack and Aperta Health provide scheduling software, the membership program, and the location facilities; they do not employ the providers, do not direct clinical care, and do not collect visit fees. All independent providers in the network honor the Aperta Health membership pricing — your member rate is consistent regardless of which provider or location you visit. Visit billing, statements, and any visit-fee disputes are between the patient and the provider directly.
